Follow these simple instructions to download and begin watching your mystery shopping program: 1) In the confirmation email of your purchase, you should have received a link to either the Mac or PC download file. Right Click on that link to download the file to your computer. (Just do a "save as") BE FOREWARNED, this takes about an hour on a high-speed connection. (If you use dial-up, you're better off getting the hard copy.) The program you are downloading is over 100 MB, (that means it's big) so you're going to want to go make some dinner, watch TV or something while you wait. I personally recommend that you download it to your desktop, just so it's easier to find, but you can certainly create a folder somewhere on your computer to put the zip file in, if you're feeling technically savvy. 2) Once you've downloaded the file, (and finished dinner) you are going to want to unzip it to a specific location on your computer. If you know how to do this, have at it. If you don't have any clue even what a zip file is, then read on: Zipped files are pretty much compressed files thrown together for easy distribution. You'll need a program like winzip to unzip the files for viewing. (Winzip always has free trial, and it's really easy to use.) Once you open your zip program, it usually guides you through the process of unzipping files to your computer. You will want to create a special folder just so everything stays together. 3) When the files are unzipped, you will see something like this in the folder that you saved them to:
