This site was created to help break through the hype and get to the truth about Mystery Shopping, an honest and legitimate way to make extra income.
I first heard about Mystery Shopping in 1999 from a book about work-at-home jobs. It didn't tell me much, other than to sign on with companies in the Market Research section of the phone book. I did, and began receiving assignments within a few weeks. Yes. It really can be that simple to get started.
Since then, not only have I worked as a shopper, I've done scheduling and editing of assignments, I've taught classes to help others get started, consulted with companies to help them improve their services, had clients and shoppers for my own Mystery Shopping company, wrote a book, produced a training CD Rom, and now I've created this site.
